Plastic Injection Moulding Machines

We currently have 6 mouldingmachines of the following configuration
50T, 100T, 110T, 125T, 150T, 200T

In addition to these machines other supporting machines like Hopper dryers, Chillers, Grinders, Ovens, etc. are available.

We have started negotiations for two additional 100 ton machines. By the end of this financial year we would have 8 machines in all. Once these machines are available we shall have an installed capacity of 0.55 million pieces per month. After moulding the components are transferred to our plastic parts store where they are suitably stacked.

Assembly Conveyors

We have 2 assembly conveyors each about 100 feet long on which the final assembly of the torch is done. Body with metal components riveted is moved here and all subsequent processes are carried out on the conveyor.

It is our endeavor that minimum movement of material should take place so that product is not damaged and that aesthetics of the product are maintained. One additional small conveyor is available for emergency use.

Other Allied Machines

Domino continuous printer, Soldering irons, Riveting machines, electric screw drivers, heat punch jigs, shrink wrap tunnel, presses, fitting jigs, weighing scales, strapping machines, etc.... all required tools for efficient manufacture of torches are available in adequate quantities.
