Market complaints and replacements are treated very carefully at our factory, since we strongly believe that there can be no better product feedback. All replacements quantities and complaints are regularly documented and corrective action that needs to be taken put against the findings.
Follow up of the corrective action taken with vendors or changes in our process are also regularly checked. Our dedicated approach to quality and its regular intervention at the highest level has given us a very satisfied buyers and we are very proud to inform you that during the last financial year our market replacement from OEM buyers was only 0.004%.
